The Fixstars often advocate the great outdoors for productions in the South West, especially during these restricted times of travel, however over the years we have also facilitated many interior shoots throughout Devon and Cornwall...
You name it, we've done it: a photography shoot in a rambling mansion in Ivybridge, a TV commercial in a Victorian-style house in Torbay, and a TV promo shot in a studio in Ashburton. For most of these projects, in addition to finding the location, we also hired crew, cast and provided catering - all resourced locally in the South West.
Plus, we'd like to stress that filming and productions are still able to continue currently, and all our shoots are produced in line with any updated Government guidelines, with strict COVID protocols and procedures in place.
Since the start of the first lockdown the safety of our cast, crew and contributors remains our highest priority, and we continue to work and monitor every stage of production to ensure everyone acts safely and appropriately either on set or on location.
We have COVID Supervisors available to work closely with our clients, and to ensure productions operate in the safest and most COVID-secure way.
